It has been an interesting and difficult work week for me, that is for sure! However, it may have settled down again now. So, hopefully, I can resume a bit more regular “original content” blogging next week.
Anyway, this week’s selection for That Friday Feeling are Tapes ‘n Tapes, as they look to get over that most cliched of music review criticisms – the “difficult second album”. How successful are they in doing so? Well, here is Hang Them All to help you decide!
I can see myself liking this song at least. However,Walk It Off does not sound like an album that is going to be pulling up tree stumps for me, although I do have a sneaking regard for the sleazy rock of The Dirty Dirty! The equally less-than-convinced Jusk has reviewed their recent show in Dublin here.
